There are plenty of healthy fruits and other goodies for making your way through long days in the park. Nick Coons from A Mouse And A Dream shows you how.
If you're worried about losing your normal heatlhy eating habits while on vacation, or just want to keep your energy levels high for your 10-hour days in the park, visit the various fruit stands located throughout Disneyland. Fresh bananas, apples, grapes and granola are available on Main Street across from the Carnation Cafe, and in Adventure Land next to the Jungle Cruise. And don't forget about the juicy pineapple next to the Enchanted Tiki Room.
