{Genie} is one of everyone's favorite Disney characters, primarily because he was voiced by the lively and flamboyant Robin Williams who brought an exciting life to the blue character. In later movies in the Aladdin series, his character was voiced by Dan Castellaneta, better known as the voice of Homer Simpson.

In the first movie, {Genie} possesses Phenominal Cosmic Powers (even though he has an "itty bitty living space"). However, he experiences a slight reduction in powers due to his freedom near the end of the movie and throughout the remainder of the series.
